Method #1

To get the most accurate measurement possible we urge you to get professionally sized at a local jewelry store and it that is not possible, pick up one of our Plastic Ring Sizers available in the shop. This sizer gives a pretty accurate measurement and is essentially free since it comes with a 4$ coupon code for a future ring purchase with us.

We also realize that time is of the essence sometimes and/or maybe you have plenty of rings lying around that fit perfect but just can't remember the size. Therefore we have outlined two possible ways for you to measure your ring size using this handy dandy printable PDF.

Please be sure to follow the instructions and double check measurements with a ruler. Printers can be tricky with sizing.

Method #2 - Measure A Ring That Fits

Place your ring over the closest matching sized circle, make sure the inside of the ring fits around the outside of the circle. If you are between sizes, order up.

Method #3 - Measure Your Finger With a Ruler

1 - Get a non-stretchy string or paper about 6" long and 1/4" wide.

2 - Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.

3 - Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.

4 - Compare the length of the string/paper to the chart. That is your ring size.

*If you are between sizes, order a larger size.

Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature -- fingers can shrink or expand when cold or hot. If your knuckle is much larger than your finger’s base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between. You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose or it will shift around.

Please note that items not listed in the Ready to Ship section require a production time of 2-4 weeks as our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order. Most designs in Sterling Silver will be ready for shipment within 2 weeks or less. However, orders in gold will likely require the full four weeks to ensure exceptional quality.

For items listed in the Ready to Ship section, we will provide tracking information within 1-3 business days of your order.

If you require expedited delivery, you can request a rush order, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. During checkout, you will have the option to choose from various shipping speeds. Please note that these shipping/delivery estimates are separate from the time required to create and package your jewelry.

Rest assured, once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information. For parcels valued at $500.00 and above, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like to add a signature requirement to your package valued at less than $500.00, please contact us.

International Shipping

International shipping options are available. See checkout screen for full details based upon your location. Please note that delivery time varies significantly if selecting First Class International and transit time is often quite lengthy. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and International returns are not accepted.

If you’d like to return a design, send us a message through the contact form requesting the return within 7 days of receiving the item. Jewelry must be returned including shipping time within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. All items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for returns.

Items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized orders, final sale items, items that have been resized or customized for you in some way.

If you’d like to exchange your item for something different, follow the return process and include in your email the item you’d like to exchange it for. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges.

When sending jewelry back, clients are responsible for shipping costs and making sure the jewelry arrives in the same condition that it was in when received. To make exchanges as stress-free as possible, we highly recommend using insured methods of transportation, like UPS or FedEX, to make sure your item arrives to us in perfect condition.

Melissa Scoppa Fine Jewelry is not responsible for damage in transit or for lost packages, so please insure the package, request a signature for delivery and ask for a receipt at the time that the package is scanned into the carrier system.

The piece will be reviewed to confirm it is unworn, in new condition with all original packaging at which point you will be credited back to your original method of payment for the jewelry excluding initial shipping cost.
