Orders take 1-2 weeks to ship as jewelry is made to order. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment and a signature will be required for high value parcels. Please notify us if expediting is required and we will do our best.

Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your jewelry simply contact me within 14 days and ship items back to me within 30 days. If there is no quality issue with the piece, any shipping and and insurance for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
The piece will be reviewed to confirm it is unworn and in new condition at which point you will be credited back to your original method of payment for the jewelry excluding initial shipping cost.
