Repairs are offered on jewelry that we made, but not from other companies.
Send an email to email@example.com with your repair request and instructions will be emailed to you on how to submit an item for repair.
All jewelry has a standard 1 year warranty.
Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against loss, chips, wear, and tear. All diamonds and gemstones can be scratched or chipped. We do not guarantee our stones against this kind of impact damage, as that is out of our control.
We do not warranty the loss of stones. To protect your valuable investment we suggest you insure your jewelry for theft, loss and damage with a reputable insurer for replacement value of the piece. We recommend Jewelers Mutual.
If you would like to order something, but do not see the size or length that you need, contact me to make arrangements for a special length or ring size.
As a one person small business, custom design projects are not offered at this time.
Due to the added labor, shipping, and insurance required, we no longer can offer this additional service.
All orders are packaged in drawstring jewelry pouch and jewelry box with ribbon. You can include a gift message at the checkout page under "order notes" and this will be hand written on a card and included in the shipment.
