Shipping & Processing
How long will it take to get my order?
Anything not in the Ready to Ship section requires 2-4 weeks to ship as jewelry is hand made to order. Most designs in Sterling Silver will ship in 2 weeks or less, however orders in gold will likely take the full 4 weeks.
If you need your order sooner, a rush can be requested and we will do our best.
Various shipping speeds are available at checkout and these shipping/delivery estimates are separate from the time required to make and package the jewelry.
Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment and a signature will be required for parcels valued at $500.00 and up. Contact us to add a signature required to your package valued at less than $500.00.
Do you ship Internationally?
International shipping options are available. See checkout screen for full details based upon your location. Please note that delivery time varies significantly if selecting First Class International and transit time is often quite lengthy.
Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return jewelry?
Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your jewelry simply contact me and ship the package back within 7 days. If there is no quality issue with the piece, any shipping and insurance for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
The piece will be reviewed to confirm it is unworn, in new condition with all original packaging at which point you will be credited back to your original method of payment for the jewelry excluding initial shipping cost.
Repairs and Jewelry Care
Do you repair jewelry?
Repairs are offered on jewelry that we made, but not from other companies.
Send an email to email@example.com with your repair request and instructions will be emailed to you on how to submit an item for repair.
Do you have a warranty?
All jewelry has a standard 1 year warranty.
Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against loss, chips, wear, and tear. All diamonds and gemstones can be scratched or chipped. We do not guarantee our stones against this kind of impact damage, as that is out of our control.
We do not warranty the loss of stones. To protect your valuable investment we suggest you insure your jewelry for theft, loss and damage with a reputable insurer for replacement value of the piece. We recommend Jewelers Mutual.
Is it possible to order something in a size or length I do not see offered?
If you would like to order something, but do not see the size or length that you need, contact me to make arrangements for a special length or ring size.
Do you offer custom design services?
As a one person small business, custom design projects are not offered at this time.
Can you melt down jewelry that I no longer wear and use it to create a new piece?
Due to the added labor, shipping, and insurance required, we no longer can offer this additional service.
Is gift wrapping available?
All orders are packaged in drawstring pouch and jewelry box with ribbon. Contact us if you wish to have a gift note added to your order.
