Return Policy

If you’d like to return a design, send us a message through the contact form requesting the return within 7 days of receiving the item. Jewelry must be returned including shipping time within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. All items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for returns.

Items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized orders, final sale items, items that have been resized or customized for you in some way.

If you’d like to exchange your item for something different, follow the return process and include in your email the item you’d like to exchange it for. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges to account for the cost of processing the initial payment.

When sending jewelry back, clients are responsible for shipping costs and making sure the jewelry arrives in the same condition that it was in when received. To make exchanges as stress-free as possible, we highly recommend using insured methods of transportation, like UPS or FedEX, to make sure your item arrives to us in perfect condition.

Melissa Scoppa Jewelry is not responsible for damage in transit or for lost packages, so please insure the package, request a signature for delivery and ask for a receipt at the time that the package is scanned into the carrier system.

The piece will be reviewed to confirm it is unworn, in new condition with all original packaging at which point you will be credited back to your original method of payment for the jewelry excluding initial shipping cost and restocking fee.
